Refund policy

We provide a full refund on items purchased through our online store up to 30-days from purchase. Please contact us before returning as we may be able to resolve a problem with the product by providing a firmware update or by sending a missing part. If the packaging is damaged please photograph it before opening it as we will need proof of the damage to obtain a refund from the courier. The refund will be processed once we have received the item and will take 5-7 days to arrive in your account.
