Before you order...

A survey is required before ordering this service as we need to confirm the network, signal level and speed available before installation. The survey will also enable us to confirm if there are any bespoke requirements for installation so we can quote accordingly.

5G Antenna

We install a high-performance directional 5G antenna on the outside of your property, typically mounted on a wall, chimney, or other suitable elevated location where it can achieve the strongest possible signal. Unlike a standard mobile broadband device, this antenna is specifically designed to focus on the nearest 5G mast, helping to maximise signal strength, improve stability, and deliver faster broadband speeds.

Inside the antenna is a professional-grade 5G modem that receives the mobile network signal and converts it into a broadband connection. A single weatherproof Ethernet cable then runs from the external antenna into your home, where it connects directly to the Wi‑Fi router we supply.

This installation approach is designed to provide a more stable connection, better coverage, and higher speeds than a typical plug-in indoor mobile broadband router. Therefore our 5G broadband services work reliably where a plug-in indoor mobile broadband router would not.

• Wi-Fi speeds up to 1.8 Gbps (1201 Mbps on the 5 GHz, 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz)

• 3x Gigabit Ethernet ports
• 1x Gigabit WAN port (connected to the 5G antenna)

Installation

• Fixed price installation for standard installations. This is where the antenna is installed on a bracket and the cable runs down and in on the same side of the property.
• Bespoke requirements or tricky installation will be quoted and invoiced accordingly before proceeding with the installation. This includes but is not limited to requiring 2 engineers, roof ladders, scaffolding, cherry picker, long cable runs, and installation of cable in loft space.

• £45/m inc-VAT
• 24-month minimum contract period
• Unlimited data (subject to 1000GB Fair Usage Policy)
  

Digital Voice

Optional Digital Voice service is available with this broadband service. You can port your existing phone number to our Digital Voice service and save money on calls and line rental.

Our full-fibre promise

We also provide FTTP broadband services using Openreach and CityFibre, therefore if FTTP becomes available you will have the option to switch to fibre from us. This is regardless of the remaining contract term for your Fixed Access 5G broadband service. You'll get free set-up and 3 months of free broadband and we'll recover the 5G antenna after your fibre broadband is connected.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

If the FUP allowance is exceeded 2 months in a row in a 6-month period then we may reduce the speed or priority at peak times. Usage consistently over the FUP could result in further restrictions or us needing to move you to another tariff at a higher price per month.

Prices are subject to annual price increase of £3/m from the 1st April 2027.
