Contract Terms

• No Set-Up Fee – We believe getting connected should be easy and affordable. Simply plug in, power on, and go online — no installation costs, no hidden fees.
• 24-month minimum contract.
  
• The 5G hub and Mesh Wi-Fi extenders must be returned when you cancel the service.
• If you find the 5G hub is not suitable due to lower then expected signal in your home then we can provide installation of a 5G antenna instead.

Fibre Ready!

• If fibre becomes available to you then we can migrate your service to fibre. You'll have the choice to keep using the 5G hub with 5G backup or swap to a fibre only router without 5G backup.

Before ordering please contact us here providing the address where you will use this broadband service. We will then check the coverage and expected speeds. In areas where the signal is low we provide installation of an external high-gain 5G antenna.

Fair Usage Policy

The service is provided using an EE Mobile Broadband SIM with unlimited UK data. Roaming outside the UK is not included as this service is intended for UK residential Wi-Fi use only. Fair Usage Policy is 1000GB per month.

Price Increases

No annual price increase on this service! The price will remain the same until the end of the initial 24-month contract. Contract renewal options will be offered towards the end of the initial contract. If simply renewing and not needing to upgrade/replace this 5G hub then the monthly price will be lower after the initial contract.
