Router Options

We understand that business broadband is different to residential broadband and are therefore doing things differently. Instead of just providing a basic router that does not meet the needs of small businesses we are giving our customers some options. 

• Bring your own router (BYOR). You'll need a router with Ethernet WAN that can be configured with PPPoE and VLAN ID. We'll provide the PPPoE and VLAN ID when you sign up. You'll need to configure your own router. If purchasing a broadband service faster than 1Gbps you'll need a router with a 2.5Gbps WAN and LAN ports.
• 2.5Gbps capable router with TriBand Wi-Fi 7 router with 3 x 2.5GbE LAN ports & 1 x 2.5GbE WAN port (TP-Link HB610) = £124.17+VAT (£149 inc-VAT).
  
• For more advanced requirements such as installation of network cabling, Wi-Fi access points and CCTV please contacts us for a quote.

First payment is for the first month and router cost if selected.

IP Addresses

Dynamic public IPv4 address and /48 IPv6 subset included.
Static IPv4 address available at £2+VAT (£2.40 inc-VAT per month). Please contact us after ordering if you require a static IPv4 address.

Contract Terms

• 12 month minimum contract.
• No mid-contract price increases.
• Cease fee £36+VAT (£43.20 inc-VAT) when ceased after the initial 12 month contract.
