Our national fibre broadband services are available anywhere with Openreach Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC). 

New Line or Migration?

If you have an existing copper line broadband service that is out of contract select migration if you wish to move this broadband service to us. We are currently running a promotion for migrations with free set-up and £2 saving per month for the first 12 months.

If you do not have an existing copper broadband service to migrate or require a new line please select "New Line". There is a £29.99 set-up fee for a new line, this is added as postage during check out.

What's included?

• Wi-Fi 6 router with support for VoIP and mesh

• Phone adapter for Digital Voice
• Static IPv4 and IPv6 /64

Contract 

• 18-month contract
• The router must be returned when the service is cancelled
• Migrated customers will have the option to switch to FTTP from us (via Openreach) when available. Customers with new lines will need to wait until Openreach supports migrations or they are out of contract.

Speed

• Download speeds up to 76Mbps and upload speeds up to 19Mbps. Please use the checker to verify the speed range available before ordering.

We collect payment for the setup fee and the first month of service through our online shop. Monthly payments for the ongoing broadband service will be billed through another billing platform with the ability to pay by direct debit, credit card or standing order.

Further information

This broadband service is provided without a phone line using Openreach Single Order Generic Ethernet Access (SoGEA). The provided router can be configured for a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service. Find out more about our Digital Voice service.

If you are migrating an existing service you must confirm if you want to port your existing phone number and pay for Digital Voice or have Broadband Only.

Price Increases

The monthly service price is subject to annual price increases from the 1^st of April each year by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in January each year plus 3.9%.
