Our national fibre broadband services are available anywhere with Openreach Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC). 

What's included?

Contract 

• 18-month contract
  
• £29.99 set up fee
• The router must be returned when the service is cancelled
• Customers will have the option to switch to FTTP from us (via Openreach) when available, this would start a new 18 Month contract.

Speed

• Download speeds up to 76Mbps and upload speeds up to 19Mbps. Please use the checker to verify the speed range available before ordering.

Payment

We collect payment for the setup fee and the first month of service through our online shop. Monthly payments for the ongoing broadband service will be billed through another billing platform with the ability to pay by direct debit, credit card or standing order.

Further information

This broadband service is provided without a phone line using Openreach Single Order Generic Ethernet Access (SoGEA). The provided router can be configured for a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service. Find out more about our Digital Voice service.

If you are migrating an existing service you must confirm if you want to port your existing phone number and pay for Digital Voice or have Broadband Only. New lines will be provided a Broadband Only, you can add Digital Voice later if required.

Price Increases

Prices are subject to annual price increase of £3/m inc-VAT from the 1st April 2026.
