Looking for ultrafast broadband that isn't limited by the phone line?

If you're still unable to get full-fibre broadband then we have the solution you have been waiting for! Our Fixed Access 5G broadband services provide ultrafast broadband without the need for a copper phone line or waiting for full-fibre (FTTP) to reach you. So what are you waiting for?

Before you order, a survey is required

A survey is required before ordering this service as we need to confirm the network, signal level and speed available before installation. The survey will also enable us to confirm if there are any bespoke requirements for installation and quote accordingly.

Please order a 4G/5G signal survey here:- https://b4rk.co.uk/survey

Once we have surveyed and you are happy with the speed available, additional costs if applicable you can then proceed to order here if there are not additional items quoted for.

5G Antenna Options

  • Omni Directional medium-gain 5G antenna
  • Directional high-gain 5G antenna

Wi-Fi router

  • TP-Link EX230v Wi-Fi 6 mesh router with VoIP
  • 1x Gigabit WAN port
  • 3x Gigabit LAN ports
  • 1x FSX (Phone port)
  • Max power consumption: 12W

Public IPv4 address!

Our Fixed Access 5G service benefits from IP Passthrough to provide the router with a dynamic public IPv4 address. With Dynamic DNS and port forwarding configured this service can provide remote access to your home network such as access to CCTV systems. This also removes problems experienced by some applications that do not support "Double NAT" such as online gaming.

Installation

  • Fixed price installation for standard installations. This is where the antenna is installed on a bracket and the cable runs down and in on the same side of the property.
  • Bespoke requirements or tricky installation will be quoted and invoiced accordingly before proceeding with the installation. This includes but is not limited to requiring 2 engineers, roof ladders, scaffolding, cherry picker, long cable runs, and installation of cable in loft space.

Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription and fair usage policy depends on the chosen network. During the survey we will confirm which options are available and the speeds each network provided. If 5G is available on Three this will usually be the fastest and also the lowest monthly cost.

  • Three = £30/m (3000GB Fair Usage Policy)
  • O2 = £36/m (650GB Fair Usage Policy)
  • EE = £50/m (1000GB Fair Usage Policy)

All broadband services have a 24-month contract.

Digital Voice

Optional Digital Voice service is available with this broadband service. You can port your existing phone number to our Digital Voice service and save money on calls and line rental.

Please note that the DECT VoIP phone is required as this service is not supplied with a router with VoIP built in.

Our full-fibre promise

We're building our own fibre networks and will build FTTP where we have a concentration of customers or proven demand. We also provide FTTP broadband services using Openreach, therefore if our own fibre network or Openreach FTTP becomes available you will have the option to switch to fibre from us. This is regardless of the remaining contract term for your Fixed Access 5G broadband service. You'll get free set-up and 3 months of free broadband and we'll recover the LTE antenna after your fibre broadband is connected.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

If the FUP allowance is exceeded 2 months in a row in a 6-month period then we may reduce the speed or priority at peak times. Usage consistently over the FUP could result in further restrictions or us needing to move you to another tariff at a higher price per month.

Price Increases

The monthly service price is subject to annual price increases from the 1st of April each year by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in January each year plus 3.9%.
