Choice of Standard, Enhanced or Critical Care
Standard Care aims to clear a fault within 40 hours of being raised to the carrier, but with no guaranteed response time. No out-of-hours engineering visits are scheduled under Standard Care.
Enhanced Care aims to clear a fault within 20 hours of being raised to the carrier with a 4 hour carrier response time. Out-of-hours engineering visits to site may be used to complete a repair if unrestricted access is available.
Critical Care aims to clear a fault within 7 hours of being raised to the carrier. Out-of-hours engineering visits to site may be used to complete a repair if unrestricted access is available.
Please note Enhanced Care and Critical Care do not apply in cases of carrier Mass Service Outages (MSOs) and Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control (MBORCs).
Add-ons and bespoke services
We can provide bespoke pricing and services depending on individual business requirements. Openreach FTTP has a full range of speeds from 40Mbps to 900Mbps with 9 different speeds available. Please contact us if your business has any bespoke or multiple broadband line requirements.
Payments
We collect payment for the router postage and packaging and the first month of service through our online shop. Monthly payments for the ongoing broadband service will be billed through another billing platform with the ability to pay by Direct Debit or Credit Card
The prices shown include VAT. B4RK will provide a VAT receipt for businesses to claim back the VAT on business services.
Price Increases
The monthly service price is subject to annual price increases from the 1st of April each year by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in January each year plus 3.9%.
